For reservation you have to pay the deposit or the whole amount (course and accommodation costs) if you register for less than 4 weeks.

The 80 euro administration fee must be paid for registration. In case you cancel your course, these costs won’t be refunded. If you decide to change your accommodation during your course you must pay another 80 euro of administration fee. If you arrange your apartment independently but than you wish to use our service to change your lodging, you will have to pay 150 euro administration fee.

After registration you will receive (your choice -  mail, email or fax), a confirmation of enrolment with:

- Details of the received payment and the rest amount due upon arrival.
-  Your accommodation details.  
-  Certificate for application for a student visa at the French Consulate or Embassy, in case of necessity.

Deadline for your payment in full is three weeks before the beginning of the course.

Fees in case of cancellation

If your visa is rejected, you must present us the original document from the French Embassy that proves such rejection. After receiving such document you will be refunded full mount of your payment except for 250 euro of administrative fee + bank transfer costs.

If you are unable to attend for professional or health reasons (as a confirmation – the appropriate documents must be sent to us) your course will be rearranged.

Other cancellation fees

50% of the paid amount if cancelation made a month or more before arrival + 330 euro of administrative and accommodation fees + bank transfer costs.

60% of the paid amount if cancelation made less than 3-4 weeks before arrival + 330 euro of administrative and accommodation fees + bank transfer costs.

80% of the paid amount if cancelation made less than 1-2 weeks before arrival + 330 euro of administrative and accommodation fees + bank transfer costs.

       
No refund if the school is informed about cancellation when the course starts.

In case when our school has to cancel your course you will be refunded in full.

Course interruption

Enrolling for a course means that a student has to attend it regularly. You cannot ask any refund if you miss lessons, arrive over 10 minutes after the class has started, or if you decide to finish your course and/or your stay in France earlier (as exception - absence for proven medical reasons).

Insurance  
Neither school nor your hosts are responsible for the loss of personal belonging or damage incurred during your stay. You are solely responsible in case there are some heath problems or accidents.

If you are a citizen of a country outside of EU, please contact your insurance company to buy health insurance to cover your stay in France.

Behavior
Should students demonstrate clearly abnormal behavior or inappropriate intentions, the school reserves the right to ban them from the classes at any time and without refund.
