For reservation, you have to pay 100% of the course fees if the course in length is up to 4 weeks, if the course length is more than 4 weeks you have to pay  50% of the course fees plus bank transfer costs.

Your registration is valid as soon as your down payment is received by us. After that you will be sent back (on your choice -  mail, email or fax), a confirmation of enrollment with:
- Details of the received payment and the rest amount due upon arrival (if there was a 50% reservation payment).
- Your accommodation details.
- Certificate for application for a student visa at the French Consulate or Embassy, in case of necessity.

Deadline for your payment in full is three weeks before the beginning of the course.

For later reservation, especially during summer time, when there is a huge demand, we cannot guarantee that your first choice of accommodation would be satisfied.

Cancellation

It is done upon presenting a medical / professional affidavit or a document from the French Embassy.

Fees in case of cancellation

30% of the paid amount if cancelation made  a month or more before arrival plus bank transfer costs.

50% of the paid amount if cancelation made less than a month before arrival plus bank transfer costs.
Not refund if the school is informed about cancellation when the course starts.

Course interruption

You will not be able to claim any refund in case if you miss your classes or decide to finish your stay earlier. However, if you would like to change the dates for your course or to postpone some part of it (one week minimum) till a later date, your registration remains valid for a year, so you can use it for a second stay.

Insurance

Neither school nor your hosts are responsible for the loss of personal belonging or damage incurred during your stay. You are solely responsible in case there are some heath problems or accidents.
If you are a citizen of a country outside of EU, please contact your insurance company to buy health insurance to cover your stay in France.

Behavior
Should students demonstrate clearly abnormal behavior or inappropriate intentions, the school reserves the right to ban them from the classes at any time and without refund.
